We are looking for a versatile person for maintenance and general day-to-day support in our warehouses and offices. It is a very manual and varied role. Every day can be different, and tasks change according to what the team needs at any given moment.
The person we are looking for is the one who resolves whatever is necessary so that the rest of the team does not stop. You will work quite autonomously and will move between the different THEKER spaces in Barcelona.

Fixing and anchoring work with power tools (drill, hammer drill, etc.).
Simple electrical and lighting work.
Movement and handling of material within and between spaces.

About us
THEKER is a robotics and AI company based in Barcelona, in full growth, with several workspaces in the 22@ district. For everything to work, we need our facilities to always be in top shape, and that is where this position comes in.
What we are looking for
Handyman personality, resourceful, and eager to work.
Proficiency with manual and power tools.
Ability for physical work (lifting and moving weight).
Reliability and autonomy, so that something can be assigned and it can be taken for granted.
Valid B driver's license.
Permit to work in Spain.
Availability for 100% on-site work in Barcelona.
We do not ask for a specific degree. We care more about attitude, hands-on skills, and reliability than a CV.
Will be valued
Previous experience in maintenance, assembly, or workshop work.
Knowledge of electricity and assembly of electrical panels.
Experience in industrial installations.
Handling of forklifts or pallet jacks.
Hiring process
Initial call with the Talent team (about 30 minutes).
