We want to hire an analytical, process-oriented profile with an interest in continuous improvement, digitalization, and the industrial environment.
Provide technical and analytical support to continuous improvement projects, participating in process analysis, indicator monitoring, implementation of standards, and the development of tools that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
What you'll do
Analyze processes and ensure data quality, performing measurements, time studies, and monitoring efficiency and productivity indicators.
Identify improvement opportunities, detecting losses, inefficiencies, and causes of variability in processes.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects, using tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM, DMAIC, 8D, or root cause analysis.
Measure and document results, monitoring actions, indicators, deadlines, and the benefits of initiatives.
Provide support to the daily management routines of the factories, reviewing information quality and the monitoring of actions.
Develop and maintain corporate continuous improvement standards, guides, templates, and tools.
Support the training and guidance of teams in improvement methodologies and standards.
Participate in the implementation and validation of digital tools, dashboards, MES, GMAO, and other analysis and automation solutions.
