Part-Time Finance & Administrative Coordinator

• Review employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting documentation.

• Enter and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and vendor bills in QuickBooks.

• Follow up on missing receipts, pending approvals and incomplete documentation.

• Maintain organized Finance records and support audit documentation when required.

• Track demo units, loaners and company equipment, following up on outstanding returns.

• Provide general Finance and administrative support to the team.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance & Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day Finance and administrative operations.

We are looking for a proactive and dependable person with strong attention to detail, able to work independently and follow through on outstanding tasks.

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, Finance administration or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with Excel and standard business applications.

• Experience with QuickBooks and Concur is a plus.

• Familiarity with U.S. accounting/AP processes and working with U.S.-based teams is valued.
