About the role

This BO-oriented Senior Operations Support Agent is a hands-on, physical, fleet-focused role responsible for:

What you'll do

  • Vehicle cleaning & preparation
  • Detail verification
  • Stock & consumables management
  • Minor repairs support
  • Depot organisation & logistics assistance
  • On-Demand Operational Support: Help with vehicle prep, cleaning, and quick fixes to avoid delays.
  • Fleet Preparation and Cleaning: Clean vehicles, equip campervans, and check for damages after returns.
  • Stock and Consumables Management: Track and organise cleaning supplies, consumables, and extras.
  • Logistics and Depot Organisation: Move campervans, assist with suppliers, and keep the depot clean and safe.
  • Operational and Coordination Support: Prepare vehicles for pick-ups, help with minor repairs, and report issues.

What we're looking for

  • Must have: Experience in cleaning, warehouse, logistics, automotive, tourism, or operations preferred.
  • Must have: Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, high-paced work.
  • Must have: Strong attention to detail and reliability standards.
  • Must have: Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Must have: Driving License (Category B) required.
  • Must have: Able to perform active physical tasks throughout the shift: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
  • Must have: Comfortable working on their feet for most of the day, moving between cleaning bays, parking areas, and depot work zones.
  • Must have: Able to lift or carry equipment, cleaning materials, or accessories (up to 15-20 kg).
  • Must have: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must have: Able to clean, stage, and inspect vehicles, including tasks requiring bending, kneeling, or overhead reach.
  • Must have: Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season periods, adapting to volume changes and operational urgencies.
