The role

Do you have administrative experience and are you motivated by sales support? We are looking for an operational profile to support our Key Account Managers.

IF THE ANSWER IS YES, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

What you'll do

Sending fleet reports.
Sending remuneration reports (PVP).
Customer procedures for managing the SER parking permit.
Sending insurance (green card).
Processing vehicle transfers.
Information on billing-related matters (clarifying doubts, sending duplicate invoices, etc.).
Information on returns.
Preparation and sending of recalculations and extensions.
Customer management for vehicle changes.
Management of fines.

How you'll work

Working hours: Mon-Thu 9:00-18:15 Fri 8:00-15:00
