The role
What you'll do
Lead the preparation and management of technical and economic bids in tendering processes within multisector IT environments
Analyze tender specifications and requirements, identifying risks, dependencies, and evaluation criteria.
Internal coordination to build solid and competitive proposals.
Manage the complete bid cycle: planning, preparation, reviews, defense, and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and deadline requirements established in each process.
Maintain and improve BID processes and best practices.
What are we looking for?
✅ IT knowledge and experience, in the planning, management, execution, and maintenance of IT projects
✅ Experience in preparing bids and proposals is desirable. Membership of or relationship with IT Bid Manager / Proposal Manager is desirable
✅ Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple bids in parallel.
✅ Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement in proposals.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Analytical approach, results orientation, and attention to detail.
✅ English. Minimum B2
