What we're looking for

✔️ Degree or Master's in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar

✔️ Experience in mobile networks or wireless communications

✔️ Knowledge of 5G architecture and protocols

✔️ Experience in C/C++ development or high-performance software systems

The role

🚀 Are you passionate about 5G and want to work on technologies that connect terrestrial networks with satellites?

At Indra, we are looking for a Software Design and Implementation Engineer for 5G and 5G NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) Stacks to participate in the development of gNodeB and User Equipment (UE) within strategic projects in the Defense sector.

💡 You will have the opportunity to work on next-generation connectivity technologies integrating 5G networks and satellites, within high-impact technological projects in the defense sector.

✨ Design and implement 5G and 5G NTN (satellite) software stacks

✨ Participate in the development of gNodeB and UE

✨ Work on 5G network protocols and architecture

✨ Collaborate with software, systems, and communications teams

✨ Participate in integration, validation, and testing of advanced communications systems
