As a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with a Communications Systems Engineer (HW/SW) for strategic Space projects.

💡 What will you do?

• Define and manage system requirements for communications solutions.
• Design system architecture (hardware, software, and communications).
• Apply systems engineering methodologies (MBSE) for modeling and traceability.
• Develop technical system documentation (SRS, design, etc.).
• Coordinate the integration of subsystems (DSP, FPGA, embedded software, networks).
• Participate in technical development in areas such as DSP, SDR, VHDL, or embedded software as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments (SAFe/Agile).
• Ensure proper configuration management and system traceability.
• Evaluate technologies and solutions in communications (radio, SATCOM, networks).
• Participate in international projects, interacting with clients and partners.

✅ Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar.

✅ Experience in systems engineering applied to communications.

✅ Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies (ISO/IEC 15288, MIL-STD, etc.).

✅ Experience with MBSE tools (SysML, DOORS, Enterprise Architect or similar).

✅ Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP).

✅ Knowledge of digital hardware (FPGA, VHDL, SoC, SDR).

✅ Advanced English level.

🕓 What does our selection process look like?

• Definir y gestionar requisitos de sistema para soluciones de comunicaciones.
• Diseñar la arquitectura de sistemas (hardware, software y comunicaciones).
• Aplicar metodologías de ingeniería de sistemas (MBSE) para modelado y trazabilidad.
• Elaborar documentación técnica de sistema (SRS, diseño, etc.).
• Coordinar la integración de subsistemas (DSP, FPGA, software embebido, redes).
• Participar en el desarrollo técnico en áreas como DSP, SDR, VHDL o software embebido cuando sea necesario.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares en entornos ágiles (SAFe/Agile).
• Asegurar la correcta gestión de configuración y trazabilidad del sistema.
• Evaluar tecnologías y soluciones en comunicaciones (radio, SATCOM, redes).
• Participar en proyectos internacionales, interactuando con clientes y socios.
