Senior AI & Automation Engineer

Essential requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in development, automation, cloud, data, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Practical and demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience developing enterprise automation and/or AI solutions, not just platform configuration or support.
• Experience in Copilot Studio: agents, actions, knowledge sources, and connection with business processes.
• Experience in integration via APIs, connectors, and corporate services.
• Solid knowledge of Python for specific logic and integrations when necessary.
• Experience or solid knowledge in GenAI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience building prototypes and taking solutions toward MVP or production.
• Knowledge of testing, security, error management, and documentation.
• Ability to work directly with functional profiles and business users.
• Professional Spanish and English.

Will be valued

About the job

We are looking for a Senior AI & Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in the design and development of automation solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise agents.

We need a technical and hands-on profile who can work directly with business and architecture to convert use cases into prototypes, MVPs, and functional solutions, using Microsoft's automation and AI capabilities as the primary stack.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio is mandatory. We are looking for a person who not only knows the tools but has developed real solutions, integrated systems and data, and participated in their evolution from prototype to governed enterprise environments. The role will be primarily oriented towards Financial Services initiatives, so previous experience in banking, finance, risk, markets, or financial operations will be valued.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis

• Design and develop automation and AI solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Build automations with Power Automate: workflows, approvals, system integration, document processing, and process automation.
• Design and configure agents with Copilot Studio, including instructions, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, and integration with business processes.
• Develop solutions on Power Platform, selecting the appropriate components for each case.
• Integrate agents and automations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and corporate data sources.
• Develop specific components in Python when low-code/no-code capabilities are not sufficient.
• Participate in generative AI, RAG, and agent solutions, connecting models with business data, tools, and processes.
• Build prototypes and MVPs to quickly validate technical and functional feasibility.
• Work with Solution Architects to translate architectures into implementable components.
• Analyze processes and identify which parts to resolve through traditional automation, low-code, code, AI, or agents.
• Perform technical and functional testing, exception management, and troubleshooting.
• Document components, integrations, configurations, and technical decisions to facilitate maintenance and transfer.
• Participate in workshops with users and business to understand needs, demonstrate solutions, and gather feedback.
• Contribute to reusable components and patterns that accelerate future developments.
