The role

We are looking for a Security Systems Lead Engineer to join a specialized company in Murcia. The selected person will participate in the design and development of security installations, coordinating a small technical team and contributing to the growth of the area.

What you'll do

Design and develop electronic security installations.
Develop technical solutions adapted to client needs.
Participate in the engineering and definition of CCTV, access control, and security system projects.
Collaborate in technical dimensioning and equipment selection.
Coordinate and supervise a small technical team.
Monitor project execution, guaranteeing quality and compliance with deadlines.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and installers during the different phases of the projects.
Resolve technical incidents and propose improvements to the implemented systems.
Participate in the preparation of technical documentation and support for offers.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electronic security or fire protection (PCI) companies.
Essential experience in CCTV systems (CCTV/ACTV) or in the PCI sector.
Knowledge of design and development of technical installations.
Ability to coordinate teams and manage projects.
Profile with initiative, problem-solving orientation, and technical communication skills.
Residence in Murcia or availability to work on-site in the area.
Previous experience in installation or systems integration companies is valued.
