The role

Our client, a growing industrial company in the manufacturing sector, is looking to hire an Industrial Technology, Systems and Transformation Manager to lead a key technological and operational evolution process.

Lead the company's technological transformation, ensuring that digital systems robustly, scalably and integrally support key business processes. The goal is to turn technology into a real lever for operational efficiency, control and growth, through the implementation of ERP/MES, data structuring and the development of digital and artificial intelligence solutions.

What you'll do

- Define and execute the technological transformation roadmap (ERP/MES and MES)
- Lead the selection of solutions and suppliers, ensuring solid implementations with no impact on operations
- Design the corporate data model and reporting
- Drive process automation and the first artificial intelligence use cases
- Establish IT governance (demand, support, development and continuity)
- Define the technology, infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy
- Lead change management to ensure system adoption
- Build and coordinate the internal and external technology ecosystem

Requirements

- Experience in ERP/MES implementation or transformation programs in industrial environments
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector and production processes
- Experience in process redesign, systems integration and supplier management
- Business-oriented profile, with the ability to engage with management and users
- Ability to define simple and scalable architectures, prioritize and make decisions
- Experience in change management and system adoption

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of WMS/logistics
- Experience with legacy systems environments
- Knowledge of infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, networks) and cybersecurity
