Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in supplier quality, project quality, or industrial quality assurance.
Experience in FAT, process audits, product audits, and supplier management.
Knowledge and application of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Solid knowledge of EN9100 standards.
High technical English for interaction with suppliers and international teams.
Availability to travel.
Analytical capacity, autonomy, project orientation, effective communication, and technical firmness in supplier management.

💻 Join our team of national and international projects!

We want to recruit a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) with experience in Supplier Quality Engineering to join Defense projects.

What you'll do

💡What will you do?

Ensure the quality of processes and products supplied by providers throughout the entire project life cycle.
Plan, execute, and validate FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at supplier facilities.
Implement and verify FAI and PPAP processes, ensuring compliance with product qualification requirements in accordance with EN9102 and EN9145.
Attend functional, mechanical, and electrical tests at the supplier, providing technical support and validation of results.
Perform process and product audits to verify compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Evaluate and implement quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Manage deviations, non-conformities, and corrective action plans with suppliers.
Report directly to the project teams regarding the quality status of supplies, identified risks, and mitigation actions.
Guarantee compliance with applicable quality standards and customer contractual requirements.

Profile review: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
First contact (5-10 min): If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and resolve any doubts.

Technical interview: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks to you. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief psychological competency and English tests (if necessary).
