Requirements

What we're looking for

Engineering degree or related vocational training.
Experience in Quality, Engineering, or Project Management in the EPC, industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Experience preparing ITPs, procedures, specifications, and quality plans.
Ability to interpret drawings, regulations, and contractual requirements, as well as to define inspection, testing, and acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with office and document management tools.
Technical English.

Nice to have

Experience in photovoltaic or BESS projects and training in QA/QC, construction, or EPC projects will be valued.

The role

Within the framework of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to add a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to our team.

What you'll do

Provide support in the review and improvement of quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
Collaborate in the analysis of contractual requirements, regulations, and customer specifications.
Support the preparation and updating of ITPs, inspection procedures, protocols, checklists, and acceptance criteria.
Provide site experience to identify improvement opportunities and share lessons learned.
Provide technical support in QA/QC activities, inspections, electrical tests, and commissioning.
Collaborate in the monitoring of non-conformities (NCR) and corrective actions.
Support the review and management of quality documentation and the preparation of final project dossiers.
Provide support to the Quality team on-site when necessary.

Occasionally, they may also provide support in:

Management and follow-up of non-conformities (NCRs).
Follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation management and preparation of the final Quality dossier.
Support for the on-site quality team.
