What does this project consist of?
At ITP Aero, we understand Quality as an essential part of Engineering. It is present from the industrialization and validation of a product through to its manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Being part of our Quality Engineering teams means working close to the product and manufacturing processes, collaborating with different disciplines, and facing technical challenges where prevention, analysis, and continuous improvement are fundamental.
At ITPAero, we are looking for an engineering profile to join our Quality department to help us continue advancing towards the development and compliance of quality standards in an industry with challenging technological challenges such as the aeronautical industry.

Review and deployment of the technical requirements of the Process / Product to suppliers.

Lead the Development and Industrialization of New Projects via APQP

Product and Process Validation FAI/PPAP at Suppliers

Change Management and Non-Conforming Product Management

Conducting Supplier Audits

Development of Performance Improvement Plans

Participate in Cost Reduction Projects in the Supply Chain.

Risk Management through specific mitigation programs

Required profile
- Knowledge in:
• Machining Production Processes
• Blueprint Reading (ASME standards)
• Practical experience in the preparation of IPAs / PPAPs
• EN 9100 / AS 13100 quality system
• Problem Solving Tools and 8Ds
• Core tools: SPC, PFMEA, MSA, Ishikawa
• Process Audit
Languages: fluent English (spoken and written)

The position requires availability to travel
