We want to incorporate a Technical Management Engineer with experience in engineering, design, and integration of electronic products and systems to join technological projects within the Defense field.

💡 What will you do?

· Participate in the technical management and development of electronic products and systems.
· Provide support in electronic design and integration activities, both analog and digital.
· Collaborate in the definition and monitoring of interfaces, protocols, and technical documentation.
· Participate in the preparation of plans, procedures, and reports for system and product testing.
· Provide support for integration, verification, and validation activities of equipment and systems.
· Collaborate with production and workshop teams, supporting in plans, procedures, planning, and monitoring of activities.

🎯 What are we looking for?

· Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
· 2-3 years of experience in engineering, development, or integration of products and systems.
· Knowledge of electronic design and interfaces and protocols.
· Knowledge of programming in C/C++ and/or Python and, ideally, experience with Firmware/Software under RTOS.
· Familiarity with CAD tools (NX, AutoCAD...) and technical documentation.
· Experience in the Defense sector and/or knowledge of industrial organization and processes will be valued.

🕓 What is our selection process like?

· Review of your profile: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
· First contact (5-10 min): If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
· Interview with the talent attraction team: We want you to get to know us better as a company: values, career model, skills... so that both you and the team can analyze if there is a match.
· Technical interview: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief psychological and English competency tests (if necessary).
