- Minimum 4 years of experience.

- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

- Experience in systems engineering applied to the development of complex products.

- Knowledge of embedded communications systems, avionics, or equipment installed on aircraft.

- Experience in requirements management with DOORS or equivalent tools.

- Knowledge of systems engineering standards (INCOSE, IEEE 15288/15289, or MIL-STD-498).

- Advanced level of English.

As a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with a Tactical Communications Systems Engineer.

What you'll do

💡 What will you do?

Define and manage system and product requirements for ESSOR MIDS tactical radio solutions.
Participate in systems engineering activities throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Prepare technical specifications, design documentation, and requirements traceability.
Coordinate technical interfaces between hardware, software, radio frequency, and communications.
Perform functional analyses, requirements validation, and support integration and acceptance activities.
Manage requirements using tools such as DOORS and ensure proper traceability.
Participate in defining architectures for embedded and avionics communications systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following development methodologies and applicable standards.
