IT PMO Technician

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Organization, or similar.
• Experience in ICT project management, cybersecurity, defense, security, or critical systems.
• Experience in the management, coordination, and governance of project portfolios.
• Knowledge of KPI management, risks, budgets, and program monitoring.
• Experience working with PMO methodologies and standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills.

• Support Program Management in the planning, coordination, and supervision of the project portfolio.
• Perform continuous monitoring of KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Supervise budgets, economic forecasts, and financial control of the projects.
• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, processes, and standards.
• Prepare executive reports and reporting for management and clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate communication between the different areas involved.
