The role

What you'll do

Main duties:

Technical support in the supervision of the drafting and review of Construction Projects for ERTMS installations, verifying their compliance with applicable regulations and the technical specifications of the contract.

Monitoring and control of the execution of ERTMS installation works, including site surveillance tasks, checking assembly, technical coherence, and the correct implementation of the projected solutions.

Supervision of compliance with the Supervision and Control Plan, as well as the contractor's Quality Assurance Plan, regarding the ERTMS system.

Quality control of ERTMS materials, equipment, and systems: review of technical documentation, certificates, tests, trials, and validations, as well as monitoring of possible non-conformities.

Participation in the review and supervision of test protocols, partial tests, ERTMS system integration tests, and tests necessary for commissioning.

Technical support in the validation of safety documentation, verifying compliance with the required requirements and the designated assessment bodies.

Technical monitoring of "as-built" documentation, ensuring coherence between the project, the executed works, and the final documentation delivered.

Collaboration in the preparation of technical reports, periodic monitoring reports, and specific reports related to tests, validations, and the status of ERTMS installations.

Technical coordination with other subsystems (signaling, telecommunications, energy, CTC, auxiliary systems), guaranteeing the correct integration of the ERTMS into the overall railway infrastructure.
