What you'll do

You will ensure the complete, rigorous, and safe execution of assigned works, leading technical and operational coordination in the field. You will be responsible for supervising civil works, overhead and underground line assembly, resource management, and communication with all stakeholders involved. Additionally, you will play a key role in construction planning, technical documentation review, and the commissioning of installations.

  • Control and review of contractor certifications, ensuring the accuracy of measurements.

  • Documentation of design modifications and preparation of information for As-Built drawings.

  • Coordination of commissioning activities.

  • Compilation of final documentation for information systems and handover to operations and maintenance.

  • Active participation in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the area.

  • Preparation of the final works report.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.

  • Experience in managing power line construction projects, preferably Extra High Voltage (132 kV and above).

  • Knowledge of civil works, steel structures, overhead and underground line assembly, machinery, and construction procedures.

  • Knowledge of the High Voltage Power Line Regulations and their ITCs.

  • Knowledge of task planning, team management, and site control.

  • Knowledge of Safety and Health, Environment, and Quality on site.

  • Proficiency in Office, CAD tools, and BIM environment (advanced Synchro and LEMAT).

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and ensure its correct application.

  • Skills in organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and teamwork.

  • Communication, influencing, and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.

  • Training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
