Passenger Information Technician

- University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any degree with the capacity for data management and analysis.

- Experience or knowledge in passenger information systems.

- Total professional experience of up to 2 years.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel.

- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python.

- Capacity for the analysis, processing, and exploitation of data.

- Knowledge in database optimization and analysis.

- Valuable experience in operational information exploitation environments and the use of data management platforms.

- Valuable experience in customer service and incident resolution.

We are looking for a Passenger Information Technician to participate in the management and exploitation of information associated with passenger information systems, providing support to the operational management of these environments. The selected person will collaborate in the management of data and digital content, guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and correct exploitation of information, as well as in the analysis and optimization of databases and platforms related to information for travelers.

Functions:

- Management of information and digital content associated with passenger information systems.

- Support for the operational management of the Passenger Information System (SIV).

- Guarantee the quality, consistency, and correct exploitation of the information managed in the system.

- Exploitation and analysis of data associated with the operation of the system.

- Optimization and analysis of databases.

- Management and processing of operational data from different information platforms.

- Collaboration in the resolution of incidents related to information for travelers.
