  • Identify use cases and application opportunities for Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI, Agentic AI, etc.), as well as data analytics, RPA, or Low Code, assessing their utility to improve public services and processes from a business perspective.
  • Support activity planning, the preparation of deliverables, and coordination with the teams involved.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of proposals, methodological approaches, and documentation for public tenders and bids.

  • Understanding of the electronic processing cycle: submission and registration of applications, management of files and electronic documents, signature, notifications, and archiving.
  • Functional knowledge of digital administration services and channels, such as electronic offices, citizen folders, electronic identification, and data exchange between Administrations, without requiring development or technical integration knowledge.

  • Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and documentation of processes, requirements, and improvement proposals.
  • Clear communication, customer orientation, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate work sessions.
