We are looking for an Industrial 4.0 Digital Transformation Consultant to drive the development of opportunities and projects in the industrial sector, with a focus on automation, data, machine learning, and applied artificial intelligence.

The selected candidate will participate in needs analysis activities, digital maturity assessments, and the definition of action plans for industrial clients, supporting them in their transformation processes toward Industry 4.0 models. They will also support commercial teams in pre-sales activities.

You will be a key figure in identifying, developing, and supporting opportunities with industrial clients, acting as a bridge between business needs, technological vision, and value propositions that drive Industry 4.0.

🛠️ THESE WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF PRIORITY

• Conduct digital maturity diagnostics and analysis of production processes.

• Design roadmaps and action plans aligned with each client's reality and goals.

• Define value propositions in areas such as automation, analytics, ML, and applied AI.

• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to build complete and competitive solutions.

• Act as a liaison with those responsible for operations, engineering, IT, and management.

• Participate in the generation and development of commercial opportunities in the industrial sector.

• Lead or collaborate in technical pre-sales processes related to Industry 4.0 solutions.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• You bring expertise in digital industrial transformation.

• You are familiar with technologies and approaches related to Industry 4.0.

• You have worked in consulting, diagnostics, and improvement plans.

• You have conversational English proficiency.

• You are available to work in the northern region and travel as needed.

La persona seleccionada participará en actividades de análisis de necesidades, realización de diagnósticos de madurez digital y definición de planes de acción para clientes del sector industrial, acompañándolos en sus procesos de transformación hacia modelos de Industria 4.0. A su vez podrá acompañar a los equipos comerciales en acciones preventa.

Serás una figura clave en la identificación, desarrollo y acompañamiento de oportunidades en clientes industriales, actuando como enlace entre necesidades de negocio, visión tecnológica y propuestas de valor que impulsen la Industria 4.0.

🛠️ ESTAS SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES EN ORDEN DE PRIORIDAD

• Realizar diagnósticos de madurez digital y análisis de procesos productivos.

• Diseñar hojas de ruta y planes de acción alineados con la realidad y objetivos de cada cliente.

• Definir propuestas de valor en ámbitos como automatización, analítica, ML e IA aplicada.

• Coordinarte con equipos técnicos y comerciales para construir soluciones completas y competitivas.

• Actuar como interlocutor/a con responsables de operaciones, ingeniería, IT y dirección.

• Participar en la generación y desarrollo de oportunidades comerciales en el sector industrial.

• Liderar o colaborar en procesos de preventa técnica vinculados a soluciones Industria 4.0.

• Tienes mínimo 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares.

• Aportas especialización en transformación digital industrial.

• Conoces tecnologías y enfoques asociados a Industria 4.0.

• Has trabajado en consultoría, diagnósticos y planes de mejora.

• Tienes nivel de inglés conversacional.

• Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar en la zona norte y viajar cuando sea necesario.

🌟 VALORAMOS TAMBIÉN

• Experiencia previa en fabricación, mantenimiento, operaciones o supply chain.

• Capacidad para combinar visión técnica, consultiva y comercial.

• Experiencia en la elaboración y presentación de propuestas a clientes.

Una persona con mentalidad analítica, visión consultiva, sensibilidad comercial y entendimiento del entorno industrial. Alguien capaz de detectar oportunidades, comprender los retos reales del cliente y transformarlos en iniciativas de alto valor.
