Design and drive digital transformation and process improvement projects.

Participate in the selection, implementation and adoption of technological solutions.
Design use cases and Artificial Intelligence adoption strategies.
Manage client relationships and facilitate workshops.
Prepare executive deliverables and present recommendations to management teams.
Coordinate project teams and collaborate with technological and functional specialists.
