Requirements

Education & certifications

Initial experience in SAP ABAP development or in other software development technologies.
We will also value technical profiles with an interest in orienting their professional career towards the SAP HCM field.
It is not necessary to provide previous experience in SAP HCM, as training and guidance will be provided within the team.
Interest in developing a professional career in SAP solutions oriented towards people management and payroll.

The role

We are looking for professionals with a solid technical foundation and a desire to continue learning. The selected person will join a team specialized in SAP HCM, where they will receive training and guidance to acquire functional and technical knowledge of the area, progressively participating in developments, enhancements, and incidents within SAP projects.

Technical knowledge

Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
Experience or knowledge in SAP ABAP, Java, .NET, or other development technologies.
Basic knowledge of databases and technical analysis.
Ability to understand and develop technical solutions in business environments.

The following will be especially valued

Knowledge or experience in SAP ABAP.
Functional or technical knowledge of SAP HCM.
Experience in integration or development on enterprise applications (ERP).
Interest in specializing in SAP HCM solutions and SAP technologies.
