An international industrial company, specializing in the development and manufacture of technological products, is looking for an ABAP Developer with experience in SAP HCM, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technical solutions, with strong knowledge in the PA, OM, PT, PY, and ESS/MSS modules. The role requires analytical capacity, a focus on process consulting, and total responsibility for the delivered solutions, working with technologies such as ABAP OO, SAP HANA, CDS, Web Dynpro, and SAP Processes and Forms.

What you'll do

- Develop and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP HCM.

- Analyze and improve HR processes alongside the business.

- Implement and support the PA, OM, PT, PY, and ESS/MSS modules.

- Design developments in ABAP OO, Web Dynpro, and CDS on SAP HANA.

- Configure and maintain SAP Processes and Forms.

- Collaborate on basic authorization and security topics.

- Ensure the quality, stability, and performance of the delivered solutions.

How you'll work

Schedule: 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00, Mon-Fri

Remote work: Very flexible regarding remote work, minimum 2 days per week

Requirements

Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial, Telecommunications, ..), or Higher Degree in Systems Administration.
Advanced level of English as they will be in direct contact with international teams
3–5 years of practical experience with SAP HCM in the modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), and Employee/Manager Self-Services.
Solid analytical skills, with the capacity to perform process consulting and deliver robust technical implementations.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO).
Experience with SAP Processes and Forms (SAP P&F).
Basic knowledge of SAP authorizations (roles, profiles, and permissions).
Experience with SAP HANA, especially in Core Data Services (CDS views).
Practical experience with Web Dynpro for ABAP.
Demonstrated ownership mindset: capacity to drive topics from start to finish and assume responsibility for results.
