Frontend React AI Software Developer

Essential requirements:
- Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering specializing in computing, equivalent technical qualification, or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, having worked on projects or services covering the entire SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD, as well as in highly regulated industrial environments or those with high traceability requirements.
- Extensive technical experience in Nodejs and advanced CLI tools, creation of global and distributed npm packages, as well as TypeScript, and Node executable environments (Node.js API, Commander.js, Yargs, Ink for interactive terminal UI).
- Software Engineering: software architecture, UML, requirements engineering, requirements traceability, component-oriented design, 
- High level of English (C1 desirable, minimum B2).
- Soft skills: results orientation, analytical capacity, complex problem solving, collaborative work, continuous learning capacity, ability to facilitate organizational change processes, and an innovative mindset.

At Inetum, we are looking for a professional with extensive technical experience in the development of solutions who wants to embark on a transformation project for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in AI is not essential, but having a broad technical background and taking the opportunity to learn from a great team of architects is.
You will embark not only on a strategic Software Development Transformation project through Artificial Intelligence—the objective of which is to redefine the entire software life cycle through advanced automation, generative AI, traceability, and development governance—but also on a personal transformation project that enhances your technical expertise with AI knowledge and capabilities.
The selected person will participate in the definition and implementation of a new AI-based software engineering model, capable of improving productivity, quality, knowledge reuse, and regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments.

You will be able to participate in a project focused on:
- Defining and evolving AI-supported software development models.
- Designing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) transformation processes.
- Collaborating with senior architects, methodology managers, development teams, and the client's technology managers.
- Incorporating GenAI capabilities into requirements management, architecture, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Designing end-to-end traceability models between requirements, design, code, and testing.
- Defining agent architectures, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
- Designing AI governance and control models in regulated environments.
- Leading Spec Driven Development (SDD) initiatives and AI-assisted development methodologies.
- Integrating AI capabilities with corporate tools such as DOORS, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Developing adoption and organizational deployment roadmaps.
- Defining productivity, quality, regulatory compliance, and traceability KPIs.
- Participating in change management, knowledge transfer, and team training activities.
