Partnerships Manager

We're Influee, a leading UGC platform enabling seamless collaboration between creators and brands/agencies. Active in 30+ markets and trusted by 100,000+ creators, we're entering a new phase of growth and partnerships are becoming one of our most scalable acquisition channels, alongside our existing Partnerships team.

The purpose of this role

You'll build out Influee's partnership pipeline across the freelancer, agency, and SaaS segments: sourcing, activating, and keeping partners genuinely engaged, not just signed. This is a high-volume, relationship-driven role with a direct line to acquisition.

What you'll actually be doing

• Own partner acquisition across the freelancer, agency, and SaaS segments.
• Get partners live, not just signed: negotiate the rev-share, onboard them, and activate them so they actually send business our way.
• Reactivate dormant partners through co-marketing, content, and campaigns rather than waiting for them to come back on their own.
• Carry real volume: hundreds of partner conversations, not a light touch of dozens.
• Own partner-sourced impressions, number of active partners, and partner-sourced sign-ups.

Who we're looking for

• BD or partnerships experience in SaaS or the creator economy; you've personally built a partner programme from a standing start.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and a calendar full of calls.
• You understand affiliate and rev-share mechanics well enough to structure deals without legal hand-holding.
• Credible with both agency owners and SaaS founders: different conversations, same person.
• (Nice to have) You've got an existing network in influencer marketing, UGC, or the e-commerce tooling ecosystem.
