The role

We are looking for a Junior DBA profile with some experience and knowledge in databases to join our operations team!

It is enough for us if you can say: “I have a foundation, I have worked with databases, and I want to learn much more.” 😉

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, you will have things such as:

🔎 Monitoring databases and checking that everything is functioning correctly.

📊 Reviewing spaces, lags, gateways, and different parameters.

🚨 Reviewing alerts and detecting possible problems before they escalate.

🎫 Managing incidents, requests, and tasks.

⛓️ Reviewing processes and chains when something fails.

🔄 Providing support in change management.

📋 Preparing and reviewing status reports.

🆘 And when something more complicated arises... escalating to the N2 team and continuing to learn.

How you'll work

Where does the story take place?

🏢 Location: Las Tablas, Madrid.

💻 Modality: On-site, but with the team rotation, on-site presence can be reduced by approximately 1 to 2 weeks per month!

🌙 Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Databases run 24 hours a day, so there are shifts for all times of the day!
