We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze data, develop statistical and machine learning models, and convert large volumes of information into knowledge, predictions, and value-driven solutions for the business.

The person will be responsible for working from end to end on advanced analytics initiatives, from data exploration and preparation to model validation and communication of results.

• Explore, clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify patterns, trends, relationships, and anomalies.
• Formulate hypotheses and design experiments to answer business questions.
• Create, train, optimize, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models.
• Select the appropriate metrics to evaluate performance and validate model quality.
• Apply feature engineering and variable selection techniques.
• Work with classification, regression, clustering models, and other supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Develop solutions based on deep learning and NLP techniques when the use case requires it.
• Analyze time series and develop prediction and forecasting models.
• Evaluate bias, explainability, robustness, and stability of models.
• Interpret analysis results and translate them into actionable recommendations for the business.
• Prepare visualizations and presentations to communicate results to technical and non-technical profiles.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and business teams to bring models into production environments.
• Participate in the monitoring, improvement, and evolution of models once industrialized.
