About the role

On the team, you will implement advanced analytics solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI techniques, among others. You will use both classic Data Science algorithms and solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, adapting emerging technologies to specific problems. You will have broad technical knowledge in Data Science, with a clear business orientation, innovation, and the ability to test and adapt new AI technologies on the market.

What you'll do

  1. Solution design: Gather business requirements and propose traditional AI, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions, assessing feasibility by developing proof of concept (POCs).
  2. Data preparation: Define data requirements, label, clean, and perform exploratory analyses to prepare data prior to modeling.
  3. Modeling: Train ML models on structured and unstructured data, use generative AI algorithms as appropriate, develop AgenticAI for integration into the company's technology ecosystem, define performance metrics and GO/NO GO criteria.
  4. Results monitoring: Create dashboards in Power BI to track solutions and support internal and business teams.
  5. Communication: Clearly and simply convey technical solutions to business teams, positioning yourself as a partner in developing AI solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Programming in Python and Spark; SQL and Scala desirable.
