Essential (both levels):
- High English level (non-negotiable)
- Experience in AWS and cloud monitoring
- Microservices and distributed systems
- APIs, events, and asynchronous architectures
JR Level: ~2 years of experience. A profile with a technical foundation and a great desire to learn!

The role
We are looking to expand a cloud application support team in microservices environments and distributed systems on AWS!
And yes: we need two levels of talent: Junior and Senior profiles.
What you'll do
What will you do here? You will be at the heart of the operation:
- Support and incident resolution in AWS cloud environments
- Monitoring of microservices, APIs, and events
- Working with Kubernetes (EKS) at an operational level
- Kafka / RabbitMQ / event-driven architectures
- Cloud databases (RDS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB…)
- Real observability: logs, metrics, traces, and alerts
- Management of batch processes (Control-M / Airflow)
- ITSM and incident management (here there is no "I'll look at it tomorrow")
- Support in GitOps deployments (ArgoCD / GitHub Cloud)
And depending on the level:
- Junior: learn, operate, monitor, resolve guided incidents
- Senior: advanced analysis, resolution of critical incidents, and greater functional autonomy
