What minimum skills do we expect from you?

That you have at least 6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and additional experience in Technical Presales with a Cloud specialty in AWS (Note, if you don't quite reach 6 years and it's a bit less, we'll still listen to you 👂) What we want is to see your desire to contribute, learn, grow, and to become part of stable, dynamic projects that are a challenge for you:

Technical Presales

  • Ability to engage in technical dialogue with clients at an architect level.

  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear messages for presales.

• Solid architectural judgment and decision-making ability.

• Focus on standardization and scalability.

• Pragmatic mindset (balance between technical excellence and economic viability)

Cloud & On-Prem Architecture

  • Solid experience in at least one hyperscaler (preferably AWS) with demonstrated ability to adapt to others (Azure, GCP).

• Design of hybrid infrastructures.

• Definition of networks, VPNs, segmentation, and secure communications.

Containers and Orchestration

• Real experience with containers (Docker/Podman).

• Experience with Kubernetes: Managed (EKS, AKS, GKE), On-Prem (Rancher or other enterprise environments).

• Knowledge of deployment patterns and architecture in Kubernetes.

Infrastructure as Code

• Solid experience with Terraform.

• Ability to structure reusable modules and multi-stage environments.

CI/CD

• Hands-on experience with: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

• Design of multi-environment pipelines and promotion strategies.

Technical Security

• Design with a security by design approach: IAM and identity management, RBAC in Kubernetes, Secret management, Network policies, and Good hardening practices.

Nice to have

• Fluent English, at least B2

  • Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.).

• GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux).

• Data architectures (Kafka, Data Lakes, streaming).

• MLOps platforms.

• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.

• Regulatory knowledge (ENS, ISO 27001, etc.).
