The role

infraone's purpose is to protect the critical infrastructure modern life depends on, from factories that produce essential goods to utilities and water supply, by providing world-class cybersecurity and network services to operational-technology (OT) environments.

As an IT SecOps Analyst, you will join the SecOps team working inside a technical security office for leading clients in Spain. Your mission is to help keep their IT security operations secure and reliable by handling day-to-day requests and incidents across a wide range of enterprise security technologies. This is a hands-on role where you will learn from experienced colleagues while building practical expertise in the tools that protect critical business systems.

What you'll do

  • Manage and resolve security requests and incidents, following established procedures and escalating when needed.

  • Support the day-to-day operation of security technologies such as firewalls, EDR, network access control, privileged access management, proxy and multi-factor authentication.

  • Monitor security events and system health, identifying anomalies and reporting them to the team.

  • Assist with vulnerability analysis and penetration testing activities, helping to verify the effectiveness of implemented security controls.

  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and service documentation.

  • Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with emerging threats, technologies and methodologies, and share ideas to strengthen service delivery.

  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners to deliver high-quality, end-to-end security services.
