The role

We are looking for an International Purchasing and Operations Coordinator to be responsible for material procurement, stock management, and workshop operational coordination.

This position plays a key role in ensuring material availability, correct workflow, and meeting deadlines in a company specialized in the assembly of compressors for industrial vehicles.

The person will work cross-functionally with different areas, guaranteeing the efficient functioning of the end-to-end operational process and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

What you'll do

  • Management of orders to international suppliers and factories
  • Monitoring of delivery deadlines and incident management
  • Coordination of manual and automatic orders
  • Recording and updating orders in SAP
  • Management of supplier claims
  • Control of stock levels and forecasting of needs
  • Recording of entries and exits in SAP
  • Carrying out periodic inventories
  • Coordination with the workshop to guarantee material availability
  • Creation and monitoring of work orders (Work Orders) in SAP/FSL
  • Validation of workshop job sheets
  • Daily coordination with the workshop to ensure planning and execution
  • Monitoring of order progress and resolution of operational incidents
  • Preparation of orders for invoicing ("Ready for PO")

Internal coordination

  • Constant communication with workshop, administration, billing, and sales
  • Monitoring of the complete flow: Receipt → Work Order → Execution → Closure → Invoicing
  • Identification and resolution of operational incidents
  • Preparation of weekly reports (purchasing, stock, workshop activity)
  • Analysis of operational data
  • Proposal of improvements to optimize processes and efficiency
  • Manage orders with international suppliers and factories
  • Monitor delivery timelines and handle incidents
  • Coordinate manual and automated orders
  • Record and update orders in SAP
  • Manage supplier claims
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast needs
