This role combines purchasing activities with operational and systems support (e.g., Salesforce or other tools), acting as a central hub, the position ensures consistency, efficiency, and visibility across multiple countries, while supporting local sales and project execution teams.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing the service procurement strategy in EMEA.
- Generating synergies with factory purchasing.
- Collecting and consolidating demand from affiliated companies to optimize volumes.
- Developing relationships and negotiating agreements with international stakeholders for the supply of materials and equipment according to the requirements of all company subsidiaries in EMEA.
- Supporting the identification of preferred suppliers and framework agreements.
- Monitoring supplier performance across different regions (delivery, cost, quality).
- Resolving supplier issues escalated from the business (price, safety, quality, deliveries, or invoicing) and ensuring quality control of purchased goods and services.
- Supporting the development of cost estimation databases and benchmarks in EMEA.
- Acting as the central key user and support function for Salesforce (or other similar tools) in EMEA for activity execution.
- Ensuring proper use of tools by local teams.
- Providing user support, training, and best practices to sales and project teams.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and harmonization of processes and tools.
- Driving the harmonization of procurement and operational processes in EMEA.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities, process efficiencies, and improvements in system usage.
- Supporting the deployment of new tools, templates, and procedures.
The candidate:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- C1 level of English
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations
- Willingness to learn and become a key user of CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Experience in turnkey project environments (HVAC, construction, or similar)
- Availability to travel
- Excellent communication skills
- Remote work 2 days per week
- 23 vacation days + 86 personal hours (greater flexibility by being able to take hours instead of full days)
