Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator /H/M/X)

• 4-5 years of experience in operational purchasing, procurement, and international logistics in an industrial environment.
• SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA is essential (solid proficiency for tracking and operational management of orders).
• High level of English, especially written, for fluid communication with international suppliers and reporting.
• Orientation towards tracking and deadline compliance: success depends on pushing orders and loads through on time.
• Documentary rigor and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data and conditions.
• Versatile profile, active, and with a high capacity for coordination in environments with multiple interlocutors.
• Autonomy and proactivity: ability to manage day-to-day operations with minimal supervision, maintaining constant communication with the manager.
• Persistence and a problem-solving mentality when facing incidents, risks, and last-minute changes.
• Communication and reporting skills to report clearly and propose improvements based on operational reality.

We are looking to hire a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to reinforce the Supply Chain area, ensuring the correct execution and monitoring of purchase orders from their launch to final receipt.

• Execute the purchasing and procurement strategy defined by the Supply Chain management, ensuring compliance with deadlines and conditions.
• Coordinate the international logistics associated with orders, guaranteeing traceability and the correct progress of each shipment.
• Perform exhaustive order tracking (launch, confirmations, milestones, documentation, and receipt), prioritizing tasks to avoid deviations.
• Manage and resolve incidents and last-minute changes with suppliers and internal areas, keeping the supply chain operational.
• Negotiate occasionally when necessary (operational adjustments, conditions, or incidents), always prioritizing the continuity of supply.
• Rigorously review the documentation and critical data of each operation (payment terms, Tax ID, format, currency, etc.).
• Coordinate with multiple areas (sales, production, planning, warehouse) to ensure consistency between demand, availability, and receipt.
• Escalate and manage logistical risks by proposing corrective actions to minimize impacts on customer service.
• Act with a "hands-on" mentality: when the situation requires it, drive the follow-up all the way to the port/operation to verify the real status of the supply.
