The role

We are looking for students interested in learning and collaborating on projects related to embedded systems, smart electrical grids, and synchrophasor technology (Phasor Measurement Units). This is a great opportunity to participate in the development of innovative solutions for advanced real-time monitoring of electrical grids, while developing your technical skills alongside industry professionals.

What you'll do

Collaborate in the analysis of hardware architectures for IED equipment.
Participate in the implementation of PMU prototypes on hardware platforms.
Perform functional tests and basic validations of the developed solutions.
Research technologies related to synchrophasors and electrical grid monitoring.

What we are looking for

Undergraduate or master's students in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Automation and Robotics, or related degrees.
Interest in embedded systems, industrial electronics, and smart electrical grids.
Basic programming knowledge in C and Linux environments.
Knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols is valued.
