The role

The selected person will provide daily support to the Health & Safety team in administrative and management tasks related to occupational health and safety. Their responsibilities will include, among others, support in training processes, coordination of business activities, management of planning and PPE.

What you'll do

Recording, updating, and transferring data between systems.
Checking requirements and preparing deviation reports.
Feeding indicators and monitoring actions.
Migrating data from an old system to a new one.
Collaborating on the migration of preventive activity planning data from the Smartsheet and Excel system to the Non-Conformance Portal environment.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Higher Degree or Bachelor's/Master's studies in Administration.
Proficiency in Basque and English.
Proactivity.
Proficiency in office software.
Not having had work experience after completing studies. The scholarship will be carried out through the Novia Salcedo Foundation (3+3 months). Essential to qualify for the scholarship: being under 30 years old, not having had a company contract registered with Social Security since completing higher education, and not having had another scholarship (experiences through internship agreements/projects carried out to complete a bachelor's or master's degree do not count as scholarship experience).
