Administrative Internship

Previous experience with a specific LMS platform is not necessary. We are looking for someone eager to learn who enjoys working with digital tools and data.

We would be a particularly good fit for someone studying or who has studied:

• Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Executive Assistance, or similar administrative areas.
• Higher Vocational Training related to Human Resources or people management.
• University Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE), or related degrees. 

Additionally, we will value: 

• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Sufficient level of English to work with documentation and international teams.
• Attention to detail, ability to work in an organized manner, and ability to detect errors.
• Curiosity and initiative to resolve small problems autonomously.

We are looking to bring on an intern to support the Human Resources (Global Training Area) team in the administrative, operational, and analytical management of our e-learning platform. This is a role purely focused on the management of learning processes and data, ideal for detail-oriented profiles from the fields of HR, Business Administration, or Administration.

• Support in user management: registrations, cancellations, and data updates.
• Updating and maintaining the training catalog: creation and maintenance of courses.
• Reviewing and checking information to ensure that the platform data is up to date.
• Support in the preparation and maintenance of training reports and data.
• Support to Training teams in different countries.
• Collaboration in platform migration tasks, performing tests and information checks.
• Support in the monitoring of incidents and queries related to the LMS.
• Opportunity to learn how we incorporate artificial intelligence and new technologies into the Learning field.

You will enjoy a 3+6+3 month full-time internship (M-Th from 9:00 to 17:00 and F from 9:00 to 15:00; in summer M-F from 8:00 to 15:00).
