Managing and processing requested services (authorizations).
Handling standard and position-specific administrative tasks (internal mail, office supplies, etc.)
Liaising with healthcare providers: doctors, medical centers, hospitals, etc.
Managing provider fees and invoices received at the office.
Informing and advising policyholders on how to use services, the medical panel, or any other claim-related matters.
Informing and advising policyholders on how to use the company's IT tools and applications for claims management (authorizations, loading cards, etc.) and other administrative tasks.
Having knowledge of and informing potential candidates about our insurance offerings (products).
Managing possible contract modifications (supplements).
Updating policyholder data.
Preparing and organizing contractual documentation to send to the policyholder.
Managing and following up on payment issues (non-payments).
