After-Sales Service Engineer

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire an After-Sales Service Engineer to join the H2 systems business unit in Pamplona (Navarra).

Mission: The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and collaborating with the R&D team to resolve technical issues, in order to meet the objectives of the assigned project in terms of both quality and deadlines.

Among the main challenges of the role, the following stand out:
• Leading the resolution of technical issues for customers at both national and international levels.
• Providing technical support to the R&D department in identifying and resolving complex technical incidents.
• Participating in technical meetings with customers.
• Preparing technical documentation, instructions, and reports.
• Leading the implementation of retrofits at installations.
• Managing safety stock requirements to ensure an efficient after-sales service.
• Monitoring and managing after-sales KPIs such as failure rate or cost of poor quality.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar technical assistance roles.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Knowledge of power electronics will be positively valued.

Misión: La persona seleccionada será responsable de dar soporte técnico a clientes y colaborar con el equipo de I+D en la resolución de incidencias técnicas, para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto asignado tanto en calidad como en plazos.

Entre sus principales retos cabe destacar el trabajo vinculado a:
•Liderar la resolución de problemas técnicos de clientes a nivel nacional e internacional.
• Proporcionar apoyo técnico al departamento de I+D en la identificación y resolución de incidentes técnicos complejos.
• Participar en reuniones técnicas con clientes.
• Elaborar documentación técnica, instrucciones e informes.
• Liderar la implementación de retrofits en instalaciones.
• Gestionar las necesidades de stock de seguridad para garantizar un servicio posventa eficaz.
• Seguimiento y gestión de indicadores de posventa (KPIs) como tasa de fallos o costes de no calidad.

Requisitos:
• Titulación en Ingeniería, preferentemente en electrónica, eléctrica o energías renovables.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en tareas similares de asistencia técnica.
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.
• Se valorarán positivamente conocimientos en electrónica de potencia.
