Mission: The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and collaborating with the R&D team to resolve technical issues, in order to meet the objectives of the assigned project in terms of both quality and deadlines.

What you'll do

Among the main challenges of the role, the following stand out:
• Leading the resolution of technical issues for customers at both national and international levels.
• Providing technical support to the R&D department in identifying and resolving complex technical incidents.
• Participating in technical meetings with customers.
• Preparing technical documentation, instructions, and reports.
• Leading the implementation of retrofits at installations.
• Managing safety stock requirements to ensure an efficient after-sales service.
• Monitoring and managing after-sales KPIs such as failure rate or cost of poor quality.
