Senior Maintenance Technician

Education: Vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Degree) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent qualifications.

Experience: Minimum proven experience of 3 to 5 years in industrial technical maintenance functions on advanced automatic production or packaging lines.

Essential technical knowledge: Solid experience in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, and industrial automation. Advanced ability to interpret technical diagrams, perform format changes, and expertly use hand tools and measuring equipment.

Availability: Mandatory schedule flexibility to work under the established rotating shift system.

Highly valued attributes: Proven track record in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical sector under GMP standards. Knowledge of hydraulics, PLCs, high-speed packaging line operations, a valid forklift license, and specific training in industrial health and safety or chemical handling will be positively assessed.

Salary: Competitive remuneration between 25,000

• and 27,000
• gross annual, depending on experience and value provided.

Working hours: Full-time schedule organized in rotating shifts to ensure service coverage and continuous plant operation.

Integrated into the Production-Maintenance department, your main mission will be to ensure the continuity of production processes, quality, and industrial safety.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Performing format changes on automatic packaging and conditioning lines quickly and accurately.
• Carrying out adjustments and fine-tuning of specific industrial machinery for filling, capping, cartoning, and overwrapping.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial equipment.
• Efficiently diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical breakdowns that arise during the shift.
• Continuously supervising line operations to prevent issues, properly recording each action in the department's system.
• Proactively collaborate on continuous improvement projects aimed at resolving incidents and reducing technical downtime.
• Maintain fluid communication and coordinated shift handovers with the work team, ensuring order, cleanliness, and strict compliance with the safety and quality regulations applicable to the position.
