• Lead Platform Evolution: Directly support the strategic migration of APIs from Apigee Edge to Apigee Hybrid, ensuring robust, secure, and frictionless deployments.
  

• Orchestrating the API Ecosystem: Designing, configuring, and maintaining API proxies in Apigee, applying shared flows (shared flows), advanced security policies, traffic management, and mediation under the highest industry standards.
  

• Automate and Foster DevOps Culture: Develop advanced automation scripts and integrate contract and functional test suites (Postman, Newman, Pytest) into GitHub CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and highly reliable releases.
  

• Master Cloud-Native Environments: Deploy, monitor, and diagnose Apigee Hybrid components running on Kubernetes, leveraging key tools like Docker and Helm.
  

• Ensure Operational Continuity (BAU Support): Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and safeguard the stability of the Digital Investment Engine ecosystem, collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams.
  

• API Engineering: Solid command of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and advanced API Gateway concepts.
  

• Apigee Ecosystem: Real experience configuring proxies, policies, and contributing to migration processes (Edge to Hybrid).
  

• Tech Stack: Strong skills in XML, JavaScript, and Python.
  

• DevOps DNA: Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
  

• Quality Automation: Proven practices in API testing and automation (Postman, Newman, Pytest or similar), plus experience in monitoring and logging.
  

• Business Support: Proven track record resolving incidents and executing deployments in large-scale production environments.
  

• Languages: Upper-intermediate English (B2 minimum) and fluent Spanish to communicate effectively in global environments.
  

• Experience with Java for solving problems and integrations in the backend.

Como Apigee Engineer, tu misión no será solo mantener código: serás la pieza clave en la transformación y modernización de infraestructuras críticas, liderando la transición hacia arquitecturas híbridas y cloud-native altamente eficientes. • Liderar la Evolución de la Plataforma: Apoyar de forma directa la migración estratégica de APIs desde Apigee Edge hacia Apigee Hybrid, garantizando despliegues robustos, seguros y con cero fricción.
  

• Orquestar el Ecosistema de APIs: Diseñar, configurar y mantener proxies de API en Apigee, aplicando flujos compartidos (shared flows), políticas de seguridad avanzadas, gestión de tráfico y mediación bajo los estándares más altos de la industria.
  

• Automatizar e Impulsar la Cultura DevOps: Desarrollar scripts avanzados de automatización e integrar suites de pruebas de contratos y funcionales (Postman, Newman, Pytest) dentro de pipelines de GitHub CI/CD, asegurando lanzamientos veloces y con la máxima confianza de calidad.
  

• Dominar Entornos Cloud-Native: Desplegar, monitorear y diagnosticar componentes de Apigee Hybrid corriendo sobre Kubernetes, apoyándote en herramientas clave como Docker y Helm.
  

• Garantizar la Continuidad Operativa (Soporte BAU): Investigar incidentes en producción, realizar análisis de causa raíz y velar por la estabilidad del ecosistema Digital Investment Engine, colaborando codo a codo con los equipos de desarrollo e infraestructura.
  

• Ingeniería de APIs: Sólido dominio de APIs REST, HTTP, JSON y conceptos avanzados de API Gateway.
  

• Ecosistema Apigee: Experiencia real configurando proxies, políticas y aportando en procesos de migración (Edge a Hybrid).
  

• Stack Tecnológico: Fuertes habilidades en XML, JavaScript y Python.
  

• DNA DevOps: Experiencia de primera mano con Git, pipelines de CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker y Helm.
  

• Automatización de Calidad: Prácticas consolidadas de testing y automatización de APIs (Postman, Newman, Pytest o similares), además de experiencia en monitoreo y logging.
  

• Soporte Empresarial: Historial comprobado resolviendo incidentes y ejecutando despliegues en entornos de producción de gran escala.
  

• Idiomas: Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto (B2 mínimo) y español fluido para comunicarte efectivamente en entornos globales.
  

• Cuentas con experiencia en Java para resolver problemas e integraciones en el backend.
