Salesforce Field Service Architect

• Architectural Experience: More than 5 years designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions in corporate environments.

• Field Service Specialization: Advanced and hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service (SFS), including the scheduling engine and the Field Service mobile app.

• Programmatic Mastery: More than 5 years of Salesforce application development with strong mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

• End-to-End Business Processes: Demonstrable experience connecting supply chain, field services, and invoicing.

• Enterprise Integration: Solid track record integrating Salesforce with ERPs and complex legacy environments.

• Language: Advanced English level (C1) to interact with global teams.

• Certifications: Expected certifications such as Salesforce Developer and Administrator.

• Certifications within the CTA Track (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) or Field Service Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant.

• Knowledge or mastery of Health Cloud, Integration Cloud, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.

We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Architect to act as a senior technical leader. You will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and highly integrated enterprise solutions, combining the declarative power of Salesforce with complex programmatic development to deliver seamless field operations, both in online and offline environments.

• End-to-End Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive technical architectures leveraging Salesforce Field Service (SFS), Health Cloud, and CRM clouds, ensuring maximum alignment with enterprise standards.

• Governance and Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design of programmatic components (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and strategically evaluate when to use declarative configuration versus custom code.

• Integration Strategy: Define integration architectures connecting Salesforce with ERP systems, inventory management, and middleware platforms via Integration Cloud.

• Performance Optimization: Guarantee high-performance mobile and desktop environments, optimizing data capture, scheduling engines, and offline operational capacity.

• Business Connection: Work directly with key business users to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Location/Modality: Valencia, Spain (Hybrid model 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
