What you'll do

Design, develop, and optimize comprehensive solutions in Sales and Order Management (SOM), CSM, and CPQ, covering product catalogs, pricing models, and order orchestration.
Build and integrate Artificial Intelligence capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, implementing autonomous agents, prompts, and intelligent flows.
Develop advanced components on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Builder / Now Experience.
Build secure and efficient integrations with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and billing platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
Act as a technical reference for the team, promoting architectural best practices and participating in the estimation of new developments.
