We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a leadership mindset to take on the end-to-end responsibility of delivering ServiceNow implementation projects. You will be the key point of articulation between multidisciplinary teams (architects, technical, functional, and change management consultants) and our clients' senior management, ensuring value-driven solutions that drive their business results.

What you'll do

End-to-End Delivery Management: Lead the complete project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closing, and transition to support), managing plans, delivery roadmaps, and RAID matrices.
Financial and Scope Governance: Control budget, forecast, margin, resource utilization, and revenue recognition. Actively manage scope changes (change-orders).
Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary delivery contact, building trusting relationships, leading steering committees, and resolving blockers before they affect delivery.
Multidisciplinary Team Leadership: Motivate and coordinate mixed teams (onshore/offshore, internal, and client teams), facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos) when required.
