Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience of at least 3 to 4 years in development and architecture on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflows (SOM, CSM, or order management).
Hands-on experience implementing AI capabilities on the Now Platform (Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, or Virtual Agent/Predictive Intelligence at an architecture/construction level).
Solid mastery of scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub).
Current ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Advanced English level (C1), with the ability to communicate fluently in both technical and business contexts.

You have experience or knowledge in Logik.ai, composable/API-first models, or market CPQ solutions (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP).

We are looking for a forward-thinking architecture profile to build and expand CPQ and Sales and Order Management solutions powered by native Artificial Intelligence (Now Assist and AI Agent Studio) within the ServiceNow platform.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and configure comprehensive solutions in Sales and Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and CPQ, covering product catalogs, pricing, and order orchestration.
Build advanced CPQ capabilities integrated with the Logik.ai stack: complex configuration rules, pricing models, and transactional flows.
Develop applied Artificial Intelligence solutions using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, designing AI agents, prompts, and skills to optimize commercial processes.
Design and implement robust integrations between CPQ/SOM and corporate systems (CRM, ERP, Billing) via REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom spokes.
Act as a technical reference in architecture, defining best practices, performing code reviews, and guiding the development team in scoped applications and UI Builder.
