• Degree in Engineering or Architecture / Master's.

Specific Training (Particular complementary training for the position)

• MS 365, the company's ERP or equivalent experience in similar programs and specific software for the function; as well as knowledge and/or training in Transversal Policies and Protocols, Processes, Health and Safety, Quality and Environment and others that may apply.

Plan and organize material, technical, and human resources and carry out the technical and economic-administrative management for the execution of the assigned project, to satisfy the objectives of the company and the final client ensuring the best conditions in cost and deadline.

• Analyze the conditions set out in the award contract and the administrative clauses specification that will become part of the contract and assess the technical and budgetary feasibility of the awarded offer, proposing modifications and/or improvements.
• Develop and implement or execute purchase, waste, quality, etc. plans, supported by the corresponding departments.
• Size the human and material teams to be available on site according to the established planning and process the necessary licenses and authorizations according to current legislation to start the work.-
• Set out and sign the site layout report, being the milestone for the start of the delivery period.
• Lead the site launch and coordinate the arrival of the resources and material means planned for the site, managing them.
• Manage and organize the execution of daily tasks applying the PGO, quality, waste management, and health and safety, and detect, analyze, and resolve any problems that may arise by reporting to the corresponding areas and proposing corrective measures in relation to deviations and readjusting the mobilized resources and work programs.
• Manage monthly the certifications and measurements of their own and those of subcontractors and control the administrative documentation of the subcontractors on site (check-list).
• Coordinate and verify the fulfillment of safety, quality, and waste management plans, and coordinate the changes to be made due to changes in criteria during execution.
• Coordinate with the rest of the company's departments participating in the process for the planning, execution, and control and closing phases of the work, providing assistance in complex work processes.
• Manage and negotiate the certifications received by subcontractors and trades on site, and manage and negotiate the monthly certification with the site management.
• Hold as many site meetings as necessary with management and with the owner in order to satisfy the final client (investor, administrations, public companies,...).
• Act as a salesperson for the acquisition of new construction, renovation, or new work areas within the same project.

Experience in construction as a Site Manager minimum 5 years.
