Systems Technician (Exchange)

We are looking for a Systems Technician (Exchange) to work with one of our major clients in Sant Cugat.

You will join the Integrated Systems team, where you will work on technical support primarily for Exchange, monitoring systems for the group's systems, Aruba WiFi, and a few other smaller applications.

To be comfortable and succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience with Exchange (EOL + EOP, hybrid environment)
• Knowledge of web app monitoring with Dynatrace
• Aruba WiFi
• High-level English (you must be able to hold a conversation to manage technical support cases or even discuss possible product architectures)

• Exchange on Premise
• SCOM (for the server and services side)
• Azure Monitor Log Analytics (for the Azure side)

Estamos buscando a un/a Técnico/a de Sistemas (Exchange) para trabajar con uno de nuestros mayores clientes, en Sant Cugat.

Te incorporarás al equipo de Sistemas Integrados, donde trabajarás en soporte técnico principalmente para Exchange, Sistemas de monitorización de los sistemas grupo, WiFi Aruba y alguna que otra aplicación más pequeña.

Para estar cómodo/a y triunfar en el puesto deberías tener:

• Experiencia con Exchange (EOL + EOP, entorno híbrido)
• Conocimientos de monitorización de apps web con Dynatrace
• Wifi Aruba
• Inglés alto (tienes que poder mantener una conversación para llevar casos de soporte técnico o incluso discutir sobre posibles arquitecturas de productos)

Y si además tienes experiencia con...

• Exchange on Premise
• SCOM (para la parte de servidores y servicios)
• Azure Monitor Log Analytics (para la parte de Azure)
