What we're looking for

To be comfortable and succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience with Exchange (EOL + EOP, hybrid environment)
Knowledge of web app monitoring with Dynatrace
Aruba WiFi
High-level English (you must be able to hold a conversation to manage technical support cases or even discuss possible product architectures)

Nice to have

Exchange on Premise
SCOM (for the server and services side)
Azure Monitor Log Analytics (for the Azure side)

The role

We are looking for a Systems Technician (Exchange) to work with one of our major clients in Sant Cugat.

You will join the Integrated Systems team, where you will work on technical support primarily for Exchange, monitoring systems for the group's systems, Aruba WiFi, and a few other smaller applications.
