Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years as a Systems Technician or in a similar role.

  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

  • Identity management with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.

  • Windows Server and Active Directory (users, GPOs, security policies).

  • Configuration and maintenance of pfSense firewalls.

  • Virtualization with VMware and/or Proxmox.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud).

  • Microsoft, VMware, or other related certifications.

  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell and shell).

  • Basic Linux knowledge.

  • Knowledge of Portuguese.

Education & certifications

  • Degree in Computer Systems, Systems Administration, or similar.

  • Equivalent technical certification will be valued.

We are looking for a solid technical profile, with experience in Microsoft environments, virtualization, and perimeter security, who will actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and continuous improvement of our technological infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

  • Management of identities and access policies.

  • Administration of Windows servers and Active Directory.

  • Configuration, maintenance, and supervision of firewalls.

  • Management and maintenance of virtualized environments.

  • Technical support to users and incident resolution.

  • Documentation of systems and procedures.

  • Active participation in technological improvement and evolution projects.
